NTG has considerable experience in the development of instructor-led software training material used by our customers and partners. Our extensive classroom teaching experience provides an excellent foundation for the development of highly effective courseware.   All courseware developed by NTG contains a mix of theory and practical hands-on exercises for students.  A typical NTG courseware bundle includes a full student manual, instructor slides, instructor notes and detailed classroom set-up instructions.   At the conclusion of the courseware development cycle, all our courses are thoroughly tested in special User Acceptance Testing deliveries in front of Subject Matter Experts at the site of our courseware customers.

After NTG completes development of a particular training course, we work closely with our courseware customers to train their internal instructors on how to most effectively teach the new material.   If our customers use a partner training model, NTG assists in the selection of appropriate training partners and provides appropriate Train-the-Trainer services to enable partner instructor readiness.

NTG has developed 2 full-length courses for Ebase Technologies and a variety of Flash Video and Flash Communication Server training courses for Adobe Systems.   NTG also recently authored official RIM courseware for development of applications on the RIM PlayBook using Adobe Flex & AIR and also using RIM WebWorks.   NTG is currently creating another full-length training course for RIM on the development of native BlackBerry 10 applications for the PlayBook.
