Each eLearning project is divided into the following phases:

1. Needs Assessment
   Understand your organization’s learning objectives, determine what eLearning approach is best for your needs, identify which eLearning products and services fit into your strategy, define the technical requirements for your new eLearning solution.

2. Course Curriculum Design and Development
   Define the competency based learning objectives, map out the learning path (including pre-tests, posts-tests, and prerequisites), structure and develop digital content, design and develop objective based assessments.

3. Implementation
   Test the eLearning solution with project stakeholders and key users, install, configure and load test the eLearning application in a production environment.
